By creating an account or using mySIGNET, you agree to these Terms.

It is not designed to predict the future, replace professional advice, or make decisions on your behalf.

You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create a mySIGNET account.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

# 3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.

# 4. Birth Information

The quality of your mySIGNET experience depends upon the accuracy of the birth information you provide.

If your birth information changes or you discover a more accurate birth time, you may update your information within the application. Updating birth information may regenerate portions of your identity architecture and associated interpretations.

# 5. Artificial Intelligence

mySIGNET uses artificial intelligence to help synthesize symbolic information and support reflective conversations.

AI responses are generated in real time using information such as your birth chart, conversation history, generated identity architecture, and current messages.

While we strive for thoughtful and meaningful responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or reflect symbolic interpretations that differ from your own understanding.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and judgment.

# 6. Symbolic Guidance

The insights provided by mySIGNET are intended for reflection, education, and personal growth.

They should not be interpreted as:

# 8. Subscriptions

Some features of mySIGNET require an active subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available plans are described within the application and on our website.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with your subscription settings.

Subscription management—including payment methods, invoices, and cancellation—is handled securely through our payment provider.

# 9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Membership section of your account.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but generally allows continued access through the end of the current billing period, consistent with your subscription terms.

# 10. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your mySIGNET account through the Account Center.

If you have an active paid subscription, you must first cancel your subscription before account deletion becomes available.

Deleting your account permanently removes your user-owned data from the mySIGNET platform, subject to applicable legal or financial record-retention requirements.

Account deletion cannot be reversed.

# 11. Intellectual Property

All mySIGNET software, branding, design, text, graphics, generated layouts, and proprietary methodologies—including Identity Architecture™, Chart Intelligence™, Astromic™, and related systems—remain the intellectual property of Astromic Solutions Inc. unless otherwise stated.

Your personal conversations, uploaded information, and generated insights remain associated with your account for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

# 12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use mySIGNET to:

* violate applicable laws
* infringe the rights of others
* interfere with platform security
* attempt unauthorized access
* disrupt service availability
* misuse AI functionality
* upload malicious software or code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect access to the platform.

# 14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astromic Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the mySIGNET platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, where permitted by law.
