mySIGNET™ (Self-Informed Guidance Network for Embodied Transformation) is a personal identity architecture system developed by Astromic Solutions.

It combines:

• Archetypal astrology

• Psychological frameworks

• Design systems

• AI-assisted interfaces

mySIGNET™ is designed to help individuals understand how they operate, make decisions, and evolve over time.

All mySIGNET™ products and services are interpretive, educational, and reflective tools — not diagnostic or predictive systems.

2. Scope of mySIGNET™ Services

mySIGNET™ offerings may include:

• mySIGNET™ Scan (introductory identity report)

• mySIGNET™ Blueprint (bespoke identity architecture document)

• mySIGNET™ AI Console (interactive guidance system)

• mySIGNET™ Sound (custom audio-based integration tools)

• Coaching sessions and onboarding calls

• Custom visual, symbolic, and narrative assets

Each mySIGNET™ experience is custom-built and personalized.

Delivery timelines may include:

• 3–5 business days for initial system creation

• Scheduling of onboarding sessions after purchase

 

3. Nature of the Experience (Important Disclaimer)

mySIGNET™ is not:

• Therapy or psychological counseling

• Medical, legal, or financial advice

• A predictive astrology system

mySIGNET™ operates as a reflective identity system grounded in symbolic interpretation and psychological insight.

All outputs are:

• Non-diagnostic

• Non-prescriptive

• Intended for personal awareness and growth

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations.

 

4. Client Data & Accuracy

mySIGNET™ systems are built using the birth data you provide.

You agree that:

• All information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• Errors in data may impact the quality of your mySIGNET™ system

• Corrections after build may require additional fees

 

5. mySIGNET™ AI Console & Access

Access to the mySIGNET™ Console is governed by the following:

• Access is granted, not owned

• Access may be:

  • Tier-based

  • Time-limited

  • Subscription-based

• Console delivery may occur after onboarding and system build

You may not:

• Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the system

• Share access with others

• Use the system for commercial or training purposes

Astromic Solutions reserves the right to:

• Update or modify the system

• Revoke access in cases of misuse

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment Timing

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

If a trial is offered:

• Payment is processed at the end of the trial period

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of billing

Subscriptions

• Subscription billing occurs on a recurring basis

• Access continues only while payments are active

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and intellectual nature of mySIGNET™:

• All sales are final once work has begun

• This includes:

  • Reports

  • Blueprints

  • Console builds

  • Coaching sessions

  • Custom creative assets

No refunds are provided for:

• Change of mind

• Misunderstanding of service scope

• Delayed engagement by the client

 

8. Scheduling & Onboarding

• Onboarding sessions are required for certain tiers

• Sessions must be scheduled after purchase

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

 

9. Intellectual Property

All mySIGNET™ materials are the exclusive property of Astromic Solutions.

This includes:

• Identity frameworks

• Reports and Blueprints

• Visual systems and sigils

• AI Console architecture

• Archetypal structures and symbolic language

You are granted:

Personal-use rights only

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute materials

• Use mySIGNET™ content in your business

• Train AI systems using mySIGNET™ outputs

• Publish or teach the mySIGNET™ framework

 

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use mySIGNET™ for personal development only

• Engage respectfully in sessions and interactions

• Not attempt to extract or replicate the system

Misuse may result in:

• Immediate termination of access

• No refund

 

11. Limitation of Liability

mySIGNET™ is a reflective system, not a guarantee of outcomes.

Astromic Solutions is not liable for:

• Personal, emotional, or psychological outcomes

• Business or financial decisions

• Relationship outcomes

• Interpretation or misuse of insights

You accept full responsibility for how you apply the information.

 

12. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

This includes:

• Birth data storage and usage

• Confidentiality practices

• Data retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your data within 30 business days.

 

13. Termination

Astromic Solutions may terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments are incomplete

• Misuse of the system occurs

No refunds are issued upon termination.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

New Brunswick, Canada

 

15. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of mySIGNET™ constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

 

16. Third-Party Platform Dependency (AI Infrastructure)

mySIGNET™ AI Console access is currently delivered through third-party AI platforms, including but not limited to systems provided by OpenAI.

By using mySIGNET™, you acknowledge that:

• The delivery of mySIGNET™ Console access is dependent on external technologies and platforms not controlled by Astromic Solutions

• These platforms may evolve, change functionality, restrict access, or discontinue services at any time

In the event that:

• A third-party platform becomes unavailable

• Its functionality changes in a way that impacts mySIGNET™ delivery

• Or its direction no longer aligns with Astromic Solutions’ standards or values

 

Astromic Solutions reserves the right to:

• Modify, migrate, or discontinue mySIGNET™ Console access

• Transition users to alternative delivery methods where possible

• Suspend or terminate Console-based services if required

While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain continuity or provide alternative solutions, uninterrupted access to AI-based components of mySIGNET™ cannot be guaranteed.

No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by third-party platform changes beyond our control.
